Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of komorado.com and the Komorado platform (the "Service"), operated by Tomer Meyer, Tel Aviv, Israel ("Komorado", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

Komorado is in early access. Access to the platform is currently offered to design partners under a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement governs.

1. The Service

Komorado connects to a business's channels and data, builds structured records, runs automations and drafts or sends answers to customers. Consequential actions are presented for approval before they run. Features change often during early access, and we may add, change or remove them.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Your content and the channels you connect

• You keep all rights to the data you put into or connect to Komorado ("Your Content"). You give us permission to process Your Content only to provide and support the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm you have the right to connect each channel and to let Komorado process the messages in it, including any notices to or consents from the people you communicate with that the law requires.
• You are responsible for your use of connected third-party services (such as Gmail or WhatsApp) under those services' own terms.

4. AI output and approvals

Komorado uses AI models. Their output can be wrong or incomplete. You decide which actions to approve and which automations to allow to run, and you are responsible for the messages sent and records changed with your approval or under automations you have enabled. Review AI output before relying on it for anything important.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, infringe anyone's rights, process data you have no right to process, interfere with or probe the Service's security, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend access that puts the Service, other customers or third parties at risk.

6. Fees

Early access may be free or paid as agreed in writing. We will not charge you for anything you have not agreed to in writing.

7. Our property

The Service, including its software, design and the Komorado name and logo, belongs to us. These terms do not give you any rights to it beyond using the Service as allowed here. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Ending use

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or end early access with reasonable notice. After access ends, we delete Your Content as described in the Privacy Policy. Ask us before then if you want an export.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided in early access, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell active customers before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
